SE22 - EAST DULWICH
A stunning side extension project where we added additional space and value to this home by creating a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen with funky decor.
During this exciting project we extended the kitchen to the side and created a new open-plan kitchen and dining area. Our team constructed new timber framed pitched roofing and installed Velux roof windows, fixed glazing and a bi-fold patio door to invite more natural light into the space.
We carried out electricity & plumbing works, plaster boarded, and plaster skimmed all the walls throughout the new extension area and fitted new skirtings and architraves. The original window from the rear reception room got removed and in place we built new steps leading down to the kitchen area.
A new kitchen has been fitted and spiced up with vibrant colours and odd shapes creating a wonderfully inviting space that easily has become the heart of the home.
For the kitchen splashback we used ceramic Equipe Arrow Pink tiles with fun patterns which nicely complement the urban and bold design of this quirky open-plan kitchen.
We brought warmth and charm into this contemporary kitchen with Tuscan Terreno Rustic Oak Flat engineered wood flooring. The natural appearance of this range emphasises knots, variations and minor imperfections and adds an authentic characteristic to the space.
We finished this project with the creation of a spacious patio that runs flush with the inside.
