Get mesmerised by this stunning home transformation where we completed a ground floor wraparound extension, roof lights installation, floor plan redesign and all associated works.
Throughout the extension, extra space has been added to this property, resulting in a beautiful new kitchen, office room and utility area. The kitchen benefits from Sage Green kitchen furniture (from Howdens) introducing an earthy, organic feel while the brass knobs and tap (from deVOL) adding an antique appearance. We also added a Skinny Metro tiles splashback with strong decorative appeal (from Claybrook studio) and a timeless and iconic Belfast Kitchen Sink (from Shaws of Darwen).
We fitted a patio door at the rear of the kitchen leading to the garden with cosy, Mediterranean-like atmosphere. Here we completed a whole garden renovation including patio works, and brought indoor comfort outside with floor tiles, cushions, and other decorative elements. The end result? An inviting place where the homeowners gravitate to after a long day.
Right next to the kitchen sits the newly built spacious office room featuring a stylish exposed brick wall and Crittall style glass partition. The office room offers plenty of natural lights due to the fitted skylights and supersize window bringing the outside in. We also completed floor tiling and decoration works in this room and installed matching skirting boards to existing ones.

The wetroom is decorated with Blush Triangle Mosaic tiles offering a vibrant colour and bold style complemented by brass elements.
In the first-floor bedrooms we installed new standard engineered wooden flooring boards, fitted built-in wardrobes, and carried out decoration works. Additionally, the whole property benefits from new electricity & plumbing, carpentry and redecoration.
