BR14 - BROMLEY
Get inspired by this exciting project of loft conversion, internal renovation, and landscaping. Our creative team added valuable space to the property and provided a fresh look to existing rooms and garden.
Loft conversion:
We added valuable new living space to this home by creating a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Our team inserted floor steels, timber floor joists and roof steels. New dormers have been constructed in timber framework and we ply-boarded the new dormer faces. New stud walls for loft areas have been built, and we inserted insulation to the new floor, walls, and the underside of the roof. The loft walls and ceilings have been plaster-boarded, and plaster skimmed. We also supplied and fitted a new staircase and carried out some carpentry works.
En-Suite:
This en-suite bathroom has been given a crisp and clean finish. The walls and floor received Venue light grey matt glazed porcelain tiles. Our team installed a modern shower, a thermostatic concealed shower set, an elegant contemporary designed white basin, and a stylish Ivo close coupled toilet. We also fitted windows and a chrome diamond heated towel rail.
Bedroom:
This newly constructed bedroom received carpentry works, skylights and windows. We also built shelves in the alcove.
Kitchen refurbishment:
During this kitchen refurbishment project, we laid underfloor heating and shaded marble tiles throughout the area. Spotlights have been installed for added atmosphere and lighting. The space received new kitchen furniture units and splashback in brick effect.
Ground floor bathroom refurbishment:
The ground floor bathroom has been refurbished by installing contemporary bathroom units and floor tiling with porcelain finish. Electricity and plumbing works have also been carried out.
Garden transformation:
We transformed a tired garden into a much more inviting space which adds a whole new dimension to the property. Artificial grass has been laid throughout the whole garden, and we built raised flower beds, as well as steps down from the patio. Natural stone paving slabs bringing a contemporary design and individuality to this outdoor space. A custom-built shed has also been added to the rear of the garden.
