Kovacs Construction is a South-East London based family business who deals in both the Commercial and Residential sectors. Within the property department, we primarily deal in Residential Developments and Conversions, residential Construction. We are looking for experienced Carpenters to undertake 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works.
You will need your own tools and PPE to start on site.

Job Requirements
Aspects of 1st and 2nd fix.
Floor laying.
Kitchen fitting.
Hanging doors and fitting ironmongeries.
Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standard and reporting issues.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and materials within the skills.
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A team player with leadership abilities.
